Installation of aluminum honeycomb plate

Lifting lug installation: the lifting lug is separated from the honeycomb plate, and the lifting lug is connected with the glue seam position of the honeycomb plate after being processed separately. The glue seam width is ≥ 12mm, which is easy to process and install.

Flanging installation: the flanging for installation is reserved when processing aluminum honeycomb plate. The installation only needs to be at the installation position, connecting with keel and glue seam. The glue seam width is ≥ 10 mm, which is convenient for installation, but the processing is slightly complex, which is not suitable for modeling curtain wall plate.

Button bar installation: the node is aluminum button bar type, and the button bar is a specific profile. It is easy to install and has high requirements for the processing accuracy of the plate. It is not recommended to use the plate with a length of more than 3000mm. According to the width of the buckle, the middle seam of the plate is 20 mm and 40 mm.
